Delivery Policy

1. Coverage
We currently deliver across Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Duration
- WEST MALAYSIA: 2–5 working days
- EAST MALAYSIA: 5–10 working days
Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to courier congestion.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable couriers such as J&T Express, DHL, and Ninja Van to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
AetherPaws will assist in tracing any delayed parcels. However, we are not liable for delivery delays beyond courier control.
