Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to love our products. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing can vary between pets. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we offer a one-time size exchange under these terms:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost; AetherPaws will cover the cost of sending the replacement item for the first exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are not applicable for size-related issues unless an incorrect size was sent by us.
Note: For first-time customers, we may provide a complimentary one-time exchange to help you find the right fit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance products
- Pet toys or grooming items
4. Return & Refund Process
1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
2. Once approved, return the product to our address.
3. Upon inspection and approval, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
